We accept all major credit and debit cards. For recurring services, we offer convenient automatic payment options. All payments are processed securely for your peace of mind.

Your property’s safety is our priority. In the rare event that something is damaged during our service, please notify us within 48 hours. Our management team will promptly investigate and resolve the situation fairly.

Yes, we require functional electricity and running water to properly perform our cleaning services. Electricity is essential for our equipment operation, and water is necessary for effective cleaning solutions. If utilities are unavailable, please let us know before your appointment so we can discuss alternatives.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you’re not fully pleased with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll return to address the areas of concern at no additional cost. We value your feedback as it helps us maintain our high standards.

We understand plans change. We will be happy to reschedule you for free if you give us at least 24 hour notice. Unfortunately, we require a $40 cancellation fee for all customers after they book to ensure the cleaners schedule is not compromised.

No need to provide anything! Our professional teams arrive fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies, equipment, and products. However, if you have specific products you prefer we use, we’re happy to accommodate your request.

For regular cleaning services, we clean around large appliances and heavy furniture. During Deep Cleaning services, we can move lighter furniture (under 25 pounds) and clean behind free-standing appliances when accessible. For moving heavy items, that would fall under the customers responsibility.
